CASE STUDY ONLINE EDUCATION
In collaboration with a content knowledge expert, we designed and implemented an online review course for Certified Disability Management Specialists in preparation for the association’s certification exam. We learned and used a complex online delivery system, created custom content and graphics that mirrored the accrediting organization’s domains of learning. This was a feat of coordination between an administration, its board of directors, collaborative partners, and a virtual team.
